Somatic Fascial Integration™

Somatic Fascial Integration™ (SFI) is a bodywork modality created by Rodrick Neher with the help of the Likeminded Crew, his students, and clients.

SFI is a bodywork modality involving the movement and manipulation of the fascia, which connects everything within the body and stores energy. When parts of the fascial system are stuck, we then invite the energy within the fascia, often memories or traumas, back into ourselves (integration). This is done by greeting the felt ‘stuckness’ with love, thankfulness, forgiveness, and apologies inspired by Ho’oponopono. After the past memory, trauma, or simply ‘energy’ is welcomed back into the whole, integration has occurred and the ‘stuckness’ is gone.

This process not only frees up the body in ways few other modalities can, but it is relieving to the mind and psyche as well. It is a true holistic modality. SFI is a bodywork modality and not a form of psychotherapy.
